Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note that certain types of products are non-returnable. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For expensive items, you may want to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
